In the Keeper’s of the Void DLC a 17th LV can be found underwater in a room inside of the stasis hallow wing. This LV can be found in the middle of the area.

After defeating Wrath return to Lowlands and jump back down into the now Tornado free area. To get back, activate the Flame Hollow and use a charged attack on the Hollow Orb to lower the cube platform. Swing to the end platform and get the Veneration Enhancement. While swinging, swap to the Storm Hollow, then glide down to the final grapple beam. This is the only LV that will be automatically added to you inventory.ġ6. After opening the shortcut go back into the room and underwater is a tunnel.
